The Hermitage Rooms at Somerset house are situated in the South building on the ground floor. The decor and furnishings within the Hermitage Rooms recreates (on a smaller scale) the magnificent splendour of the Winter Palace and courtyards in St Petersburg. They also have various exhibitions chronicling the history of the Hermitage Rooms and focusing on European art. Last admissions are at 5pm. Groups are welcome although bookings must be made in advance. Fees apply and concessions are available.
