Overall, the ambition of Mason's Bistro Bar is to provide relaxed wining and dining inside a piece of the Mediterranean transported to the heart of York. Changed on a regular basis, the lunch and dinner menus concentrate on excellent regionally based dishes derived from the whole of the Mediterranean region, including North Africa, Spain and France. The dishes are faithfully reproduced from original recipes and only the freshest and best of ingredients are used in their preparation.
