Following a complete refurbishment in 2007, this new addition to the Caprice group now has a new interior inspired by the restaurant's heyday, but with a contemporary twist. Designed by Martin Brudnizki, the oak-panelled restaurant is a large, elegant room featuring rich burgundy-leather banquettes and an exquisite chandelier designed by Patrice Butler. The floor is of oak chevrons with a chartreuse-green marble-mosaic fan motif around the impossibly glamorous bar, which has a green onyx top with a stingray-skin-covered front and a mix of brushed-brass and polished-chrome details. In keeping with the restaurant's history, the menu comprises traditional fish and seafood, as well as game when in season.
