The Manor is a new modern bistro from the team behind the Dairy. The menu has a substantial snack menu for the bar and an a la carte menu for the dining room. There'll be daily specials and the cooking of cuts of meat and fish slowly and on the bone where possible for "a more robust dining experience". The dining room will also feature a pastry dessert counter where they'll be baking bread and doing pastry work. Guests will be able to sit up at the pastry counter too.
