The Victoria Rooms is a Neo-Grecian style building with a Corinthian portico. Laid in 1830 (on Queen Victoria's birthday) its purpose was to provide public meeting rooms and an entertainment hall for the general public. Today, with its many renovations, this venue has become host to many artists and performers. Bookings can be made from 9am until 5pm during the week.
