Brixton Windmill
Tourist Attractions in Brixton, LondonBrixton Windmill is a 19th century monument. It was, however, built in 1816 for Ashby & Sons. The area in that time it was all open fields and they used wind to power the mill until 1862. It is now no longer a working mill. It is situated next to a local school's playing fields and HM Prison.
